Shipments to Mexico:
According to Mexican regulations, individuals are required to provide their RFC or CURP for importing packages. Please prioritize providing the 13-digit RFC. If you don’t have one, you can provide the 18-digit CURP instead. Make sure to provide a valid RFC/CURP number. Otherwise, your package may not be delivered.

Free Shipping:
At SOHOMART, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.
We cover standard shipping costs so that our customers don’t have to worry about additional charges at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
This number will allow you to track your shipment’s status and estimate the expected delivery date.

Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

A signature will be required upon receipt to confirm the package’s delivery. If no one is available to receive the package at the specified address, a notification will be left to schedule a redelivery or pick up the package at a designated location.
